Directions:
Add 3 1/3 cups mix of 6 Grain Pancake Mix with 2 ½ cups water (less for thicker pancakes); stir gradually. Do not over mix. Cook on a hot griddle.
Makes 18 4” pancakes.
For Waffles or crepes: Mix 2 ¼ cup of mix with 2 cups of cold water. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and mix in slightly, do not over mix. Cook as desired.
