An excellent item to have, works perfectly! This is such a great thing if you don't have a lot of storage space for food and also to save money. Now I can take advantage of the savings on bulk fruit and veggies at Costco and the farmers markets and also be able to store it all since it shrinks up to a fraction of the size!
My only regret is not having enough storage space to get the 9 tray dehydrator. (Posted on 9/7/11)
