Shipping and Order Policies

Order Fulfillment Process

We stock 100% of what you see on this website. Our goal is to get your order to you as fast as possible and to keep you in the loop the whole time.

Upon ordering, you will receive an email confirming your order. When your payment has cleared and your order moves to shipping, you will receive an email status update to let you know we are "Preparing your order". Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information and the status of your order will update to "Complete"

Partial Shipments: If we can only partially ship your order, we will contact you for your preference to hold until we can ship the full order or if you would like to partial ship. If we are partial shipping, we will ship as much as possible and email you with a status update of "Partially Shipped" along with tracking information. We will also let you know what items are outstanding and what our expectation for shipping the rest of your order is.

  All shipped orders receive tracking information from us and directly from the shipping company we use so you can follow your order exactly from start to finish.

Shipping

We currently ship Canada wide.

Canadian Orders: As a Canadian company we are able to give Canadian shoppers much lower shipping rates than our American competitors. Of course, there are also no import duties, customs or brokers fees either.

Our products are delivered safely and securely by third party couriers, and due to the complexities of shipping across Canada, we use all the major shipping companies - Fedex, Canada Post, UPS, Canpar and Loomis. Orders are dispatched following a confirmation process and based upon a stock availability check. All orders go through shipping cost verification and may incur additional shipping costs depending upon weight, distance, carrier and request for signature or insurance. Please contact us by phone or email at support@bridensolutions.ca if you have a large or special order to place, and we can get shipping quotes from various companies for you.

Please understand that due to volatility in the food market, it may take 1 - 3 weeks or longer for some orders to be ready to ship.

If orders are refused by the customer or are undeliverable, we reserve the right to refund your order minus the cost of shipping. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

American Orders: We are able to offer shipment to USA customers via our USA based warehouses. Please phone for more information.

Discreet Shipping: Discreet shipping is available. If you prefer plain packaging for your shipment, simply email us prior to ordering to let us know.

How do we package your order?:   All orders are packaged in cardboard boxes with 200 lb per square inch crush protection. We pack the food cans tightly in the boxes so they do not move during shipment, and if appropriate fill any gaps with packing paper. Our standard box size fits 6 cans, and for orders with many cans we generally ship in 12's so that the weight is not unreasonable for you when receiving your shipment.

Pickup

Pickup is available during normal store hours at our Calgary Alberta location, simply choose pickup as your shipping option inside the checkout.

  We will prepare your order, and contact you when it is ready to arrange a time for pickup. Due to space constraints, we ask that you please pickup your order within 5 business days of our contacting you or that you contact us to make other arrangements. Orders not picked up within 5 business days will be refunded. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

If you would prefer contactless pickup, when you arrive at the store simply call us at 1-888-817-5550, choose #1 to talk to customer service, and we will bring your order out to your vehicle.

Returns & Replacements

At Briden Solutions, we want you to be happy with your purchases. We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase for a full refund upon receipt.

Important information:
  • Contact us before shipping any items
  • Food items are not returnable.
  • Items must be returned in a new and undamaged state.
  • Returns that are damaged or used will not be accepted.
  • Please send all items you wish to return in the same shipment to ensure your refund is processed as quickly as possible.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
  • Shipping costs associated with all returns are the responsibility of the customer

Damaged or Defective product? Products that are damaged or defective can be returned for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. We will provide a full refund of the product purchase price once the return has been received or ship a replacement without any additional charges. Damaged or defective returns must be shipped back in the original shipping box and product must remain unused. Briden Solutions will cover the return shipping expenses on items that fall under this condition. Please contact us if you have damaged or defective product.

Although it's not essential to have an account to shop at BridenSolutions.ca, registering your details will allow you to:
  • Track your order in real time as it moves through our system
  • View shipment tracking numbers, including information on partial shipments / back ordered items
  • Receive order status updates
  • Review past purchases
  • Build a personal wish list
  • Be updated on new items, events and news
  •  
  • Shop online with access to a history of your purchases made in the shop
  • Manage your address book and email settings

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Please note that all our prices on our website and catalog are in Canadian dollars not including GST/HST. If your order is being delivered within Canada then your bill will include GST/HST. If your order is being delivered outside Canada then your bill will exclude GST/HST, but you will be responsible for paying any applicable custom fees and import duties when you receive your package. Please see the shipping section for more information.

Accepted Forms of Payment: MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Interac, E-transfer, Paypal, Money Order, Cheque and Wire Transfer.
